Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dough Me Nation mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Dough Me Nation ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to place an order. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Orders

The app lets you browse a restaurant menu and place orders for pickup or delivery. Menu items, prices, and availability are provided by the restaurant through our ordering partner and may change or sell out at any time. An order is confirmed only once the restaurant accepts it; if an item becomes unavailable, all or part of your order may be declined.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the app and may include applicable taxes and fees. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. By placing an order you authorise the total shown, including any delivery fee, service charge, or tip you add.

Promotional codes

Promo codes may be offered subject to conditions shown at the time (such as eligibility, usage limits, or expiry). Codes have no cash value, may be changed or withdrawn, and may not be combined unless stated.

Pickup, delivery & cancellations

Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is accepted by the restaurant it may not be cancellable. Refunds and cancellations are handled in line with the restaurant's policy and applicable law. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, placing fraudulent orders, or using it in violation of any law.

Notifications

With your permission, we send order-status notifications to your device. You can turn these off in your device settings.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that menu or availability information is always accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
